Capital for businesses that run on routes.

Recurring customers are your best collateral. Routebook Capital funds cleaning, pest control, lawn care, pool and HVAC service companies directly — $10,000 to $2,000,000 for new crews, a busy season or a whole route you want to buy, underwritten on the deposits your routes already bring in, and in your account in 24 hours. No minimum credit score. No lien on the trucks.

What most lenders miss about a route business

Your route book is the collateral. We read it that way.

A lender that only looks at last month’s total sees a pest control company at the bottom of its season, a pool company in December, or a cleaning company that just lost one office account. What they don’t see is the part that matters: the customers on a monthly plan who will be billed again next month whether or not you make a single sales call.

Routebook Capital underwrites deposits, and we read a route business the way its owner does — recurring service agreements as forward revenue, commercial and HOA contracts as receivables you can borrow against, and a seasonal slump as a shape to size the payment around, not a reason to decline. Repayment is a fixed daily or weekly ACH out of your operating account. No split funding, no holdback percentage, no lockbox.

  • Recurring customers counted as forward revenue toward your approval
  • Seasonal crews: payment sized against your off-season floor, not your June
  • Chemicals, supplies and trucks funded without a lien on the fleet
  • Net-30 and net-60 commercial and HOA invoices factored at up to 90%
  • Buying a competitor’s route book funded by term loan or SBA 7(a)

A month on a route, in cash-flow order

Payroll for the crewsEvery Friday
Chemicals, fuel, parts, suppliesPaid at the counter
Residential recurring plansBilled monthly, paid on card
Commercial & HOA contractsPaid net-30 to net-60

The money goes out weekly and comes in monthly, or sixty days later on the commercial side. That gap is not a problem with your business; it is the business. Working capital covers it once, a line of credit covers it every season, and factoring closes it on the commercial invoices directly. If the payment stops working, you call us and we re-term it.

Payment amounts round up, so the debit is never larger than the number you were shown. Your real offer depends on underwriting your bank statements.

Four minutes. Three bank statements. No credit impact to apply.

How it works

Four minutes to apply. Twenty-four hours to fund.

1

Send us four minutes and three statements

Name, EIN, monthly revenue, what the money is for, and your three most recent months of business bank statements. Four if your routes are seasonal. No tax returns under $500,000.

2

An underwriter reads your file, not a score

We look at how many days a month money lands, your average daily balance, your NSF pattern and your slowest month. Recurring service billing and long-term customers count toward the approval. Offer in about four business hours during the week.

3

Sign two pages and get funded

You see the amount, the payback, the payment and the schedule before you sign anything. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day; otherwise next business day.

Why Routebook

Built by people who know what a route book is worth.

Your slow season isn’t a red flag to us.

Most underwriting models punish a January that runs well under a June. We read seasonality as seasonality. If your routes are seasonal, send four months of statements instead of three and we’ll structure the payment against your floor, not your average.

Recurring billing counts.

A customer on a monthly plan is worth more to an underwriter than a one-time job of the same size, because you already know it is coming. We read autopay batches, monthly service billing and contract retainers as what they are: forward revenue.

Re-term it instead of stacking it.

If the payment stops working, call us before you take a second position somewhere else. We’d rather restructure a live file than watch an owner end up on four advances. That conversation costs you nothing.

A two-page contract you can read in the truck.

Amount, payback, payment, schedule, prepayment discount. Two pages. If something in it isn’t clear, ask on the phone and we’ll walk the line with you.

Straight answers

Questions route-business owners actually ask.

Can a cleaning or pest control company get funding with bad credit?

Yes. Routebook Capital has no minimum credit score for working capital advances or invoice factoring. We underwrite your business bank statements — deposit days, average daily balance, NSF pattern, and how much of your revenue is recurring. A line of credit needs 600+, a term loan 650+, and an SBA loan 680+.

How much can a route-based service business borrow?

Routebook Capital funds $10,000 to $2,000,000 in working capital, and up to $5,000,000 on term loans, SBA 7(a), and factoring facilities. Working capital approvals generally land between 75% and 150% of one month’s bank deposits.

How fast can a lawn care or HVAC company get funded?

About four business hours to an offer on a complete file, and 24 hours to funding. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day.

Do my recurring customers count for anything?

Yes, and they are the best part of your file. A customer on a monthly pest plan, a biweekly mow or a weekly pool stop is revenue you already know is coming. We read recurring service billing as forward revenue, which is why a route business with a modest top line can qualify for more than a one-off-job business with the same deposits.

My business is seasonal. Will the slow months hurt me?

Not the way they do elsewhere. Lawn, pool, pest and snow routes have a shape, and we underwrite the shape. Send four months of statements instead of three and we size the payment against your off-season floor, not your peak-month average. The payment has to work in February, not just June.

Can I use funding to buy another company’s routes?

Yes. Buying a competitor’s route book or customer list is one of the most common things we fund. For a purchase you can close this week, working capital works. For a larger acquisition where the seller will wait, a term loan or an SBA 7(a) loan with 10% down is cheaper. Read the guide to financing a route purchase.

My commercial and HOA accounts pay net-30 and net-60. Is there anything for that?

Invoice factoring. We advance up to 90% of an approved commercial or HOA invoice within 24 hours, and release the rest, less the fee, when the property manager pays. There is no minimum credit score, because the credit decision is about the account that owes you, not about you.

What documents do I need?

A four-minute application and your three most recent months of business bank statements — four months if your routes are seasonal. No tax returns under $500,000, no business plan, and no collateral for working capital. We do not take a lien on your trucks.

What happens if I pay it off early?

You keep up to 30% of the remaining cost of funding. A working capital advance paid off inside the first 30, 60, or 90 days qualifies for a prepayment discount of up to 30% on the remaining cost of funding.

What is the minimum monthly revenue for service business funding?

$15,000 a month in business bank deposits, with a minimum of 6 months in business and a U.S. business bank account. Routebook Capital funds in all 50 states.

Your busy season has a start date. Have the crews ready for it.

$10,000 to $2,000,000. No minimum FICO. Four minutes to apply.
